Due to the digital nature of our products and the time reserved for live services, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided.
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for:
• Digital downloads: templates, worksheets, guides, checklists, and other digital resources
• Courses
• Webinars
• Workshops
• Consulting sessionsDigital Product Access:
Digital products and downloadable resources cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once accessed or downloaded.Live Webinar Policy:
If you are unable to attend a live webinar, a recording of the session will be provided and accessible for 30 days following the live webinar date. An email will be sent after the webinar with instructions on how to access the recording.Private Workshop & Consulting Policy:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled private workshop or consulting session, you may reschedule your appointment within 30 days of the original appointment date. Rescheduled appointments are based on mutual availability. Reschedule requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests should be sent to: renee@sgdmsimplified.comNo-Show & Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. For example, arriving 10 minutes late will result in losing 10 minutes of your scheduled session time. After 10 minutes without arrival or communication, Google Meet will be closed and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you miss your appointment, fail to communicate a cancellation request at least 24 hours in advance, or fail to complete your session within the 30-day rescheduling window, the appointment will be forfeited without refund. A new appointment must then be purchased and scheduled separately through Stan Store.Technical Issues:
Technical difficulties related to a participant’s internet connection, device, software, email access, or other technology-related issues do not qualify for a refund.Business Rescheduling:
In the rare event of a medical emergency requiring Saving Grace Digital Marketing Agency, LLC (“SGDMsimplified”) to reschedule a live webinar, workshop, or consulting session, communication regarding rescheduling will be provided within 24 hours when possible. A new appointment date will be scheduled within a 30-day window. Rescheduled workshops and consulting session are based on mutual availability.
