After transitioning into business instruction at a community college, I saw something over and over again: many small business owners feel overwhelmed by digital marketing.

There is no shortage of advice online, but much of it feels confusing, unrealistic, or difficult to implement while also trying to run a business. That realization is what led me to create Saving Grace Digital Marketing Agency, LLC.

Today, I focus on helping small business owners simplify digital marketing through practical, easy-to-understand guidance they can confidently put into action. My approach is straightforward, beginner-friendly, and results-focused.

Throughout my career, I have worked in marketing-related roles in a variety of ways, including social media management, digital marketing support, business consulting, marketing education, and customer experience research. My background in corporate market research gave me valuable insight into customer behavior, communication, trust, and the importance of creating positive customer experiences.

One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been teaching Digital Marketing Essentials at the community college level. Beginning in Spring 2021, I partnered students with local small business owners through hands-on consulting-style projects designed to provide practical digital marketing support and recommendations.

Since that time, my students and I have worked with more than 160 small business owners through these classroom partnerships. These experiences allowed students to gain real-world experience while also helping small business owners receive fresh ideas, digital marketing support, and greater online visibility.

I continue supporting small business owners through digital resources, live webinars, one-on-one workshops, and private consulting designed to make digital marketing feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

Whether I’m teaching, consulting, or creating educational resources, my goal remains the same: help business owners feel more confident, capable, and clear about how to strengthen their online presence.
